Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
